A Summer Pause on Our Herbal Courses

A Note to Our Dear Students ~ Beginning July 21, Herbal Academy will be temporarily closing enrollment for a Summer Pause. In nearly 15 years of serving this community, we can count on one hand the number of times we’ve closed registration in this way.

We love our open schoolhouse – where students can begin their herbal journey whenever inspiration strikes. So making the decision to take a break is something we do only when it truly feels important.

Like now. Herbal Academy Courses will temporarily close enrollment starting July 21, 2026. During this period, our team is taking time to care for our virtual home, making updates to the student experience, and putting the finishing touches on new offerings we’ve been excited to share. 

Every garden needs time to be tended, and we believe a school does too.

A few things you should be aware of: 

1. This Summer Pause applies to enrollment in courses and path packages sitewide. We will close all self-paced courses until later this season including: short courses, foundational courses, and herbalist path packages.
2. When we reopen, we’ll have wonderful things waiting for our students, including special reward opportunities and other additions that we can’t wait to share. You’re going to love what’s coming.
3. If you’re not yet a student – Anyone who signs up for a course before July 21 will be included in a special VIP rewards program when enrollment reopens after summer break. We’re putting the finishing touches on it and will be announcing more about it soon. What we can tell you now is that it will include some great perks for our students.
4. Current students, don’t worry, our Summer Pause won’t affect any courses you’re already enrolled in. You’ll still be able to log in, continue your lessons, and access all of your course materials. If a question comes up, just send us an email and we’ll be happy to help.

But First, Extended Payment Plans Are Back!

We’ve also heard from many in our student community that more flexible payment options would be helpful, so we’re bringing them back these next couple weeks before we close enrollment to make it easier to begin your studies in a way that fits your budget.

9-month extended payment plans are now reopened for all of our foundational courses.

12-month payment plans are now reopened on all of our path packages
