From there, choose a balance herb and boost herb for extra flavor and support, and voilà, you’ve got a simple herbal tea blend ready to enjoy.

Traditional Medicinals Teas
Traditional Medicinals Peppermint Tea is aromatic, refreshing, and undeniably minty. Their new Stress Ease Calm blend features ashwagandha and honeybush for floral and mildly sweet tea that is the ideal go-to everyday soother. Both will be explored in depth in class.
