You’ll move week by week through digestion, liver support, gut health, energy, stress, sleep, and immunity, using short daily lessons that are meant to fit into real life to encourage lasting change. Some days you’ll make a tea or simple recipe. Other days you’ll focus on a small lifestyle shift like a breathing practice or a moment of reflection.

As you go through the reset, you might start to notice small but helpful changes. You may find that some of these new habits help in times when you’d normally feel stressed. WEEK 2 | LIVER SUPPORT AND DETOX PATHWAYS

WEEK 3 | GUT RENEWAL
