In the past, our course materials have been available online or in a PDF download that students could print and have bound if they wished. However, many students were interested in having all course materials pre-printed for convenience sake.

Meet The New Printed Herbalism Textbooks!

One of the newest updates to our Introductory Herbal Course and Intermediate Herbal Course is the addition of printed herbalism textbooks. Students can get their hands on these books in a couple of different ways.

1. Printed Books Only

First, you can purchase the printed herbalism textbooks for each course outright without registering as a student with the Herbal Academy. This option is great for those of you who prefer self-study, minimal technology, no quizzes or grading, or to study from printed material.

2. Printed Books & Online Course Bundle

Next, when you enroll as a student in either the online Introductory Herbal Course or the online Intermediate Herbal Course, you will have the option to upgrade your purchase to include these printed herbalism textbooks for a discounted price. Not only will you have access to all course material online, but we will ship you these books for your own use as well.

What’s Included In Our Printed Herbalism Textbook Packages?

We’re so glad you asked! Each course has its own set of printed herbalism textbooks, and the book content differs in each course so let’s look at what’s inside each one.

Introductory Herbal Course

Our printed herbalism textbooks for the Introductory Herbal Course consist of the entire course in printed form—over 730 pages! You will receive the complete Introductory Herbal Course textbook along with the compiled Recipes + Monographs Book and the program’s featured Tea Booklet—three books total!

Introductory Herbal Course Textbook:

This beautiful and convenient printed herbalism textbook features the entire six unit, 34 lesson course totaling over 550 pages. All course information will be the same as the online version of the program and is perfect for those who want to work through the course in a printed format. All charts and video transcripts are included as well.

Recipe + Monographs Book:

With over 140 pages, this thoughtfully organized book features over 75 herbal monographs and dozens of recipes from the course compiled for ease of use as a go-to reference.  

The Tea Booklet:

Take your recipes into the kitchen with this inspiring assortment of herbal tea recipes available in one convenient book for easy reference and ongoing use!

Intermediate Herbal Course

Our printed herbalism textbooks for the Intermediate Herbal Course consist of 1,400 pages of the entire Intermediate program in printed form. You will receive the complete Intermediate Herbal Course textbooks in two volumes, the Recipes + Monographs Book, and the program’s featured Herbal First Aid Booklet and Herbal Skin Care Booklet.

Intermediate Herbal Course Textbooks (Volumes 1 & 2):

This comprehensive program could not fit in one book, so enjoy the textbook set—two volumes featuring all 10 units and 59 lessons! This beautiful textbook set features just under 1,000 pages and consists of the same curriculum as the online version. All charts and video transcripts are included so you won’t miss out on any learning resources.

Recipe + Monographs Book:

With over 270 pages, this book features all of the 150 monographs and 175+ recipes from the course compiled for ease of use as a go-to reference.

Herbal First Aid Booklet:

What Isn’t Included In the Printed Course Books

If you purchase the Book Only option, the only thing not included our herbalism textbooks is the ability to view videos (although you will have access to the transcript text), take quizzes, earn a certificate of completion, or access our private student community.

If these things are important to you and your studies, we recommend going with the Online Course + Book option described above.
