Biography

From studying horticulture, nutrition science, and herbalism, to simply connecting with nature and following her passions, Paula has developed a great enthusiasm and growing understanding of what a wholesome life looks like for her. With creative and educational work, she hopes to reconnect people with nature and inspire them to live a more mindful, conscious, healthy, and happy life.
