We are opening doors to all Advanced Herbal Course students. Whether you are enrolled in the newly released programs (whether you have started or not) or longtime students well-invested into the original Advanced Herbal Course (and cannot commit to starting your course studies over), we wholeheartedly believe the more dedicated, passionate herbal learners filling these classrooms, the merrier!

June 25, 4 pm EST: Making the Leap from Student to Practitioner: Everything You Need to Know About Mentorship and Gaining Clinical Experience with Herbal Academy teacher, Erika Galentin, MNIMH, RH(AHG).
July 2, 4 pm EST: Herbal Energetics and Physical Assessment from Family to Clients with clinical herbalist and Herbal Academy teacher, Alison Birks, MS, RH(AHG), CNS.
July 10, 4 pm EST: Evaluating Diet: Eat Your Herbs with curandera and Herbal Academy Lead Instructor, Felicia Cocotzin Ruiz.
July 16, 4 pm EST: Conducting a Consultation: What You Need to Know with clinical herbalists and Herbal Academy instructors Lindsey Feldpausch, RH(AHG) and Shona Richter MacDougall, RH(AHG).

Classes will be held in Zoom Classrooms, and we encourage “camera-on” participation. Teachers plan to record these classes and provide students with replays following the live discussions, so please don’t worry if you cannot attend every class live.

June 11, 4 pm EST: So, You Want to be a Registered Herbalist? (Scope of Practice as a Clinical Herbalist and Process for RH(AHG) – From the Inside!) with clinical herbalist and Herbal Academy’s Programs Coordinator, Lindsey Feldpausch, RH(AHG).
Understanding the role of a clinical herbalist, and how to achieve membership as a Registered Herbalist, can help you on your path as you move through your herbal studies. In this live webinar we will dive into these topics and outline the process to help you make achieving your herbalist dreams a reality.
June 18, 4 pm EST: Formulation and Dosage for the Clinical Herbalist with Herbal Academy’s Advanced Student Mentor, Shona Richter MacDougall, RH(AHG).
Formulation and dosage are topics of utmost importance when moving into clinical herbal practice. Learning the ways of formulation and how to calculate dosages is a necessity. In this live webinar you will be handed the tools you need to grasp both and gain insight into these multifaceted topics.

July 2, 4 pm EST: Herbal Energetics and Physical Assessment from Family to Clients with clinical herbalist and Herbal Academy teacher, Alison Birks, MS, RH(AHG), CNS.
Energetics and assessment go hand and hand in clinical practice. Learning how to put these skill sets into action from an experienced clinical practitioner can support students as they move into their personal practice. This live webinar will teach you how to use energetics in conjunction with physical assessment to set your clients up for success.
July 10, 4 pm EST: Evaluating Diet: Eat Your Herbs with curandera and Herbal Academy Lead Instructor, Felicia Cocotzin Ruiz.
An important aspect of clinical herbal practice is the ability to incorporate herbs into your client’s daily life, while encouraging a nutrient-dense diet. This live webinar will walk you through the importance of herbs and whole foods, and how to evaluate a client’s food choices to support their health and wellness goals.
July 16, 4 pm EST: Conducting a Consultation: What You Need to Know with clinical herbalists and Herbal Academy instructors Lindsey Feldpausch, RH(AHG) and Shona Richter MacDougall, RH(AHG).
Consultation is an art and learning how to successfully move through one is a skill aspiring clinic herbalists need to develop. Join Herbal Academy in a live discussion on how to conduct a consultation, including the ins and outs of the interview, intake forms, and key points that arise in the process.
Can’t attend the live classes? Rest assured, class replays will be provided to all enrolled students following the events. With your Advanced Herbal Course registration, you will also get access to the Herbal Academy’s student-only Facebook community, MyHerbalStudies! Within this student community, you will get access to daily conversations with fellow classmates and teachers, weekly teacher-led discussions, and monthly live classes and Q&A sessions hosted by your Herbal Academy teachers!
