Biography

Velda Thomas was born and educated in England, UK with family ancestry from the Caribbean and the America's. Wellness modalities were always an interest and an undercurrent to all of her life’s experiences. A love of plants, touch, beauty, herbs, and somatic and spiritual healing experiences took hold early in life. Velda currently practices massage, offers intuitive sound therapy, works as a doula and teaches shamanic principles for wellness.
