Biography

Rebecca is a clinical herbalist and owner of Wild Heart Wellness, a practice located in Central Vermont. A graduate of the clinical herbalist training program at the Vermont Center for Integrative Herbalism, Rebecca is honored to write for the Herbal Academy. Drawing on traditional assessment of constitution, modern physiological understanding, and the belief that our health is deeply connected with the larger ecology, Rebecca hopes to inspire and empower our community toward vibrant health growing strong in our own lawns, city cracks, and wild places.
