Biography

Michelle has over 25 years of experience in the customer service field. She enjoys building relationships with customers and finds that aspect of customer service work very rewarding. Connecting clients with information or resources and advocating for their needs and goals is what she does best! In her free time, Michelle spends much of her time with her grandchildren, two of whom have a rare health disorder called PCD. As this limits what they can do and where they can go, Michelle finds great joy in helping them experience new things, usually outdoors!
