Biography

Michelle has always had a yearning for knowledge in the realm of plants and herbs. Coming from a background in farming and agriculture Michelle has the unique perspective of someone who has truly seen the process of foraging and gardening from soil to table. Currently Michelle is working on a dairy goat farm as well as with the Herbal Academy. On her days off from the Herbal Academy you may find Michelle walking through the woods with her dogs as she collects invasive fodder for her hardworking goat friends or tending to her two beehives. Using her training in customer service, administration and the creative arts, Michelle has been hard at work putting together our herbal kits and products. She is looking forward to learning and growing more within our community.
