Biography

Kristine is a mother, herbalist, and writer with a background in permaculture design. She enjoys foraging, tending to her gardens, chickens & rabbits, teaching herbal classes, and leading plant walks. She lives on a remote off-grid homestead and co-stewards an ecological refuge in the Andean mountains of Ecuador. In her spare time, she loves baking with her daughter, making herbal concoctions, reading scientific journals, handcrafting botanical soaps, and going for hikes with her partner & dogs.
