As herbalists, we are passionate about all things botanical, and foraging is top of the list! With spring in full swing and summer inching closer, we are enjoying our foraging forays and plan for even more time in the fields and forests as the green world bursts into a riot of growth! To make the most of sweet summertime, we’ve got just the challenge to keep you engaged and exploring all season long: a brand new foraging class!!
Join us in Class!
In this online foraging class, we invite you to join us in this grand yet beautifully humble pursuit to learn all about harvesting wild plants—from springtime beauties, such as nettle, violet, and chickweed to summertime treasures, like yarrow, mimosa, and mugwort—not to mention our fall favorites like burdock, yellow dock, and rosehip.
Together, we’ll explore dozens of wild botanicals in detail. This course will not only empower you to forage wild, accessible edibles and herbs, but will also equip you with deeply nourishing, health-supporting recipes so you can take wellness into your own hands.
This spring, we have all encountered a new reality and a new norm for the foreseeable future. As we grapple with these changes, we can turn to backyards and wild spaces to help meet some of our nutritive and wellness needs, giving us an alternative to the uncertainty and dependence on flawed or broken supply chains.
Herbalism for the People
We can make health a priority, return to our roots, and reconnect with the plant allies that were once a reliable and essential part of our meals and apothecaries. A lifestyle that is intentionally interwoven with the natural environment is empowering and supportive to us in every season. Let nature be your resource and companion through these difficult times, and let our new foraging class be your guide.
Herbalism is for the people. It’s accessible, it’s empowering, and it works!
This program will teach you essential foraging skills and will inspire you to hit the fields, forests, and backyards on your foraging adventures, making the most of your health-promoting harvest through handcrafted herbal preparations and plant-based, good-for-you recipes that you can make at home in your own kitchen!
