If you do not see an answer back from us, please check your spam folder and promotions tab if you use Gmail. We open, read, and answer every single email, and so if you have not heard back from us, it is likely that our response to you is in your spam folder or promotions tab.

Prefer to give us a call? As an online herbal school we are able to provide the best and most timely assistance to our community and students via email. Our small team strives to answer emails within 48 hours and voicemails within 4 days on business days. Please send us an email.
If you choose to call, please leave a message if you do not reach someone. For account assistance students must leave their student email address and full name in order for us to assist you.
